My Vietnamese is not that great, especially when it's written in English, but this is my best guess:

He gives his dojo and says that he would like to meet everyone. He also wants a book by Oscar Ratti, and if you have it wants photos of iai.

I'm not sure why he wrote in Vietnamese since he apparently knows English.
