I am an aikido student and public health nurse who is working on a research project on Aikido and Knee Injuries. Part One focuses on the incidence and demographics of knee injuries. It is NOT for injured individuals to reply to, but for one person from a dojo to complete based on his/her knowledge of the people training there.
It is a survey that can easily be completed on-line in a few short minutes.
For more info, or to link to the survey, go to
http://www.zanshinart.com/Aikido
If you prefer to receive a survey by U.S. Mail, please email your name, dojo, and street address information to me at janet@zanshinart.com.
Thank you very much!
