Hi from Kiwi starting Aikido in Chiba

Hi there! I'm a 46 year old New Zealander who moved to Japan 3 years ago (along with my wife and 4 children). I've been doing Aikido for 4 months and now go twice a week to a Dojo in Funabashi, Chiba. I'm really enjoying my new sport - more than I thought I would. Thanks for this great website, it's a valuable bonus for a person like me who's in a foreign land and struggling to get information in English. Hope to talk to some of you soon.

Hi and welcome from Nashville, Tn.

Harmony does not mean that there are no conflicts,
for the dynamic spiral of existence embraces both extremes.

Hi Brendan,

Welcome to Aikiweb!

Funabashi? If I am correct, you are doing Yoshinkan under Ryu?
