Art of Ukemi Articles

Some time ago, together with some instructors in our club we began assembling some web-based resources that might serve as a companion to learning and understanding Ukemi better.

It grew somewhat quickly and was well received. We drew on practices from a number of aikido communities that we have some connection with and a little of systema as well. While to a certain extent its reinventing the wheel, it was in a form palatable to our students and practice.

Like our aikido there is always room for improvement and we would be happy to receive contributions and additional resource suggestions from the aikiweb community.
