13 step jo kata

Hi all,

I wanted to get some feed back on this jo kata chart. I feel that there may be some variation in the kata at different schools, and some subtlety in the movements that I didn't capture here. So I'd appreciate any feedback you may have:

the one I practice feels similar to this one by Duncan Francis:

Re: 13 step jo kata

Looks like the standard Iwama 13 kata, at least it's big movements. No offense but the style of drawing does not seem to capture subtlety. Here is a good way of doing it:

Jo kata does vary from different style of Aikido, respectively.
It does basically the show the same concept of deflecting/disable your opponent from attacks.
Pictures does define 1,000 words at least. You can almost see yourself doing it, if you use your imagination. Well done.

HI Jerome Kalkhof, Thank you that I see the difference between the Jo Uchi and Bokken Uchi because of this JIU SAN JO KATACHI. Take care always. Reynaldo Albano, JUDOJO

I really like the drawings, very nice. Your guy does have bad posture though, his back is too curved inward. Also Yon to Go, doesn't look like a hasso gaeshi. That might be your intention and just a different variation of what I do.

Really nice though.
