Finally here's the official announcement: Good for aikido guys. Want to learn about dantian? Here's the source. 1st couple of days most useful.

2013 Master Chen Bing Workshop in Los Angeles (July 1 -- 8)

Master Chen Bing who is a 20th representative of Chen Family Taijiquan in Chenjiagou (Chen Village) will offer workshops at Chen Bing Taiji Academy Los Angeles.

2013 Master Chen Bing Workshop in Los Angeles

July 1st (Monday)

7PM -- 9 PM (2 hr session, $50)

Topic: Chen Family Taijiquan Lecture

Brief introduction of Chen Family Taijiquan

Why Softness and Slowness should be at the beginning?

Why Hardness and Fastness are required as well as other two characteristics?

What is the purpose of Fangsong Practices?

Standing Post (with hands on correction by Master Chen Bing)

Dantian Rotation Exercises

Fajin (Master Chen Bing will decide what they are)

Master Chen Bing's Demonstration of Old Frame 1st and 2nd Road (Abridged)

Q & A

Note: Targeted to beginners. All levels are welcome.

July 2nd (Tuesday)

6 PM -- 9 PM ( 3hr session, $75)

Topic: Chen Harmony (Hexie) 13 Form

Note: Targeted to beginners. All levels are welcome.

July 3rd (Wednesday)

7 PM -- 9 PM ( 2hr session, $50)

Topic: Standing Post -- How to practice?

What is Dantian Rotation? -- How can one feel and sense it?

Stepping forward and backward, Single Arm Silk Reeling, Double Arms Silk Reeling, Hidden Thrust Punch, Protect Heart Fist, High Kicks

Q & A Note: Targeted to beginners. All levels are welcome.

July 5th (Friday) -- Academy closed

July 6th (Saturday)

Morning 9 AM to 12 PM (3hr session, $75): Old Frame Section 1 (Preparation to Double Hands Push)

Afternoon 2 PM to 5 PM ( 3hr session, $75): Old Frame Section 2 (Double Hands Push to Hidden Thrust Punch)

Note: Targeted to people who already know Old Frame -- the workshop will be taught more of corrections and know-how. Not for beginners.

July 7th (Sunday)

Morning 9 AM to 12 PM (3hr session, $75) : Hands on corrections only by Master Chen Bing Standing Post, Silk Reeling Exercises

Note: Targeted to serious practitioners and seniors who have been doing for a year. This is an intensive workshop as Chen Village Standard.

Afternoon 2 PM to 5 PM (3 hr session, $75) Primary Push-Hands, Applications Note: Targeted to serious practitioners. This is an intensive workshop as Chen Village Standard.

July 8th (Monday)

3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (3hr session, $75) Old Frame Section 3 and Section 4 (Small Catching and Hitting to the end)

Note: Not for beginners. Practitioners who have done Chenjiagou Old Frame 1st Road.

July 9th (Tuesday):Teacher Course Trainees Final Exam 2 PM to 4 PM
