Bond Street 30th Anniversary Seminar

Who's coming?

P.S. Bond Street is not my home dojo, nor am I affiliated with it, so I don't feel like I can make this announcement, seeing that those who may have wanted to, could have by now, and maybe they haven't for good reasons, and anyway at this point within this post script, I'm writing at cross purposes, but the seminar is about filled up anyway and only two weeks away at that, so I'm not giving anything away, am I?

There will likely be some old-timers there as well as some folks, like me, who've moved on. I'm looking forward to seeing some folks I haven't seen in some time! If you've never seen Ken Nisson sensei, or Saotome or Ikeda senseis, why don't you swing by and check it out. Or, why not contact the dojo to see if you can still register? It should be a fun time!

As to you're pondering why no one has made any public announcements, I'd guess that it probably has something to do with the fact that their small mat has gotten incredibly crowded during past seminars. I'm pretty sure that this is the first time that Bond St. has hosted both Saotome sensei & Ikeda sensei together for one seminar! If each of these sensei can pack the dojo space by themselves, jeez, how many more people might show up for a double-billing?!

Best Regards,

Gene McGloin

A few folks from where I train will be going out for the seminar, but I won't be able to make it, unfortunately. Let us know how the seminar and celebration goes!
