DVD: Aikido from the Core

Anyone have input on this DVD? I found this post explaining what it's about:

http://www.aikiweb.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9585

I also viewed the clips at the website, but I was wanting input from someone that has actually paid for it and applied it to their training...

Thanks!

Re: DVD: Aikido from the Core

I have it and have really enjoyed it. I feel it has helped me connect with my center through the use of the core exercises and then applying them to technique.
