Book: Integral Aikido

I wanted to recommend the book "Integral Aikido" by Sensei Jim Giorgi. In my opinion it's one of the best books out there on Aikido. Has history, warm up, rolls and falls, atemi, spiritual matters, taisabaki, as well as classical techniques and applications.

Let me know your thoughts if any of you have read it.

Thanks,

Tim
