BJJ Version of "Grab My Wrist, Punk"

Thought that you guys would enjoy this.

In Aikido, we often subtly jab at ourselves with the "Oh yeah, well, grab my wrist, punk!"

This is the BJJ version. Kit Dale is an Aussie with a wicked sense of humor.
