Hello

Hi everyone my name is Shane and I am new to the forum. I have a couple years of Aikido on and off. I have my orange belt in kokikai and after the birth of my 2nd son in August I plan on practicing again but this time I want to make the move to Aikikai and really start focusing on making my way up the ranks.

Have a gooden!
