Frank Ostoff&Jean-Rene Leduc Nelson BC

Hello, Kootenay Aikido Kenkyukai is hosting a seminar with Frank Ostoff Sensei, 5th dan & Jean-René Leduc Sensei, 5th dan on August 13 -- 15, 2004 in Nelson, BC Canada. We are pleased to welcome Frank Ostoff Sensei from Düsseldorf, Germany for his second visit to the Kootenays. Ostoff Sensei will join with Chief Instructor, Jean-Rene Leduc Sensei to teach the intensive.

Frank Ostoff was born in 1957 and has been training in Aikido for almost 25 years. He has studied with Gerhard Walter Sensei in Berlin, Christian Tissier Sensei in Paris, and Yamaguchi Seigo Sensei and Seishiro Endo Sensei in Japan. In 1991 he opened the Aikido Dojo Düsseldorf. In February 2002 he received 5th dan from Hombu Dojo.

Jean-René Leduc was born in 1956 and has been training in Aikido for almost 25 years. He has studied with William Gleason Sensei in Boston, Takeda Yoshinobu Sensei and Yamaguchi Seigo Sensei in Japan. In 1992 he founded Kootenay Aikido Kenkyukai. In February 2002 he received 5th dan from Hombu Dojo. The seminar will be held at the Nelson Dojo of Kootenay Aikido Kenkyukai at 213C Baker St. For more information about Kootenay Aikido, please visit our website at www.kootenayaikido.ca
