Once again I looked at the title of the thread and I thought " thats got to be Graham " when do I get a prize for being right everytime ?

As for the video, you could get your Ki team ( you provide the hats ) sticking their tongues out to extend their Ki at the opposing Traditional Aikido team...I will make Rik the captain and leave the rest of the team in the dressing room..lol
