New hakama... first time

I just got a new hakama but I'm not sure either how to put it on correctly or how to fold it when I'm done. I've searched the web, but I can't seem to find instructions. Can anyone help me? Preferably to a page that has illustrations?

Yep, those are excellent instructions. even I could follow them.

Don't know what the guys at your dojo are like, but loads of them came to my assistance with first time hakama fastening.
