Masakatsu Agatsu for comedians

Hello ladies and lads.. (read this somewhere else and I like it- "ladies and lads".. he! )

I have been training Aikido for around 11 years and I enjoy it a lot, it makes me happy.. BUT.. I have some issues I would like to discuss..
I have read about Masakatsu Agatsu and I feel I am not coming anywhere nearer that "victory over my own self" nomatter how hard I try..I even got a black belt some time ago, but it doesn´t help at all !!!..
Allways the same old me looking at me in the morning in the mirror.. allways the same stupid jokes.. allways trying to compete with other people about which technique is better... allways the need to sound more clever than everybody else.. allways the silly need to pull peoples legs..
AArrrgh!!!!

I wan´t Masakatsu Agatsu pronto, so I have 3 questions :

1. Are there any good dvd´s on the subject..?
2. What are the true signs of Masakatsu Agatsu, and is it possible to fake it ?
3. Is there any way I can compensate for my lack of "Masakatsu Agatsu" before I get it ?

Best regards,
Lars

Find a spiritual practice. Zen, yoga, etc.

There aren't any shortcuts and it is not a once you have it you always have it sort of thing. It is a lifetime of practice and work that you need to make a part of all aspects of your life.
