Talking Aikido's True Purpose

I have finally discovered the ultimate purpose of Aikido and here are the videos

I think I need to go out and practice more.

Jason, these are great. Thank you. I believe it essential to combine occasional silliness with serious Aikido, and most of us know when it's time to get serious. I thought it was "biru" not "biiru." Does someone know the proper Romaji? My favorite seminars and everyday keiko have included moments of relaxed fun to keep me from feeling way too hardcore.

My Japanese isn't great, but if I'm not mistaken "biru" means building, but "biiru" means beer...

Be willing to give up all that you now are, to be all that you can become.
