Do you mean for the Aikikai? (This is a large general forum, so some members might not know what you are talking about.)

Actually, I have two passports . Neither has photos, signatures, or addresses.

I did that once. Immediately thereafter, I left the passport in an article of clothing that went into the washing machine.

Since then, I haven't gotten around to replacing it.

I don't need a passport. I keep track of my students on a board of who goes to what seminar so all can see. Works well.

I completed it shortly after I got it. But I did not put a picture in it. SInce then, I have taken to to almost every seminar I have been to. I have forgotten it only twice. It's not to brag about the seminars I've been to, but it is sort of a keepsake of all of the instructors I have come into contact with, most notably many of the Shihan that trained with O'Sensei.

I just got mine. I passed my fifth kyu test over New Years. My teacher signed it, but no photo yet.
