Hi everyone. New guy here. Brand new to Aiki Kai. Studied martial arts years ago growing up. Did fairly well but its been 16 years since then so its all about starting over now.
Really loving my school, really excited about the great people I get to study with at Orange County Aiki Kai 3 times a week.
Now I just gotta get my shoulder healed so I can keep working on my rolls and break falls!
