winding exercise

i shot a short video about our winding exercise that trains the spiraling energy, and was told it's kind of similar to a winding exercise that Dan Harden teaches, so I thought I might put this up here in case anyone here might be interested.

Re: winding exercise

Interesting stuff. Thanks for taking the time to make a video. Committing material on internal training to public viewing requires a courage that is uncommon in this venue.

well, i've always been one to rush in where angles fear to tread.

really, i just try to put some interesting stuff out there from what we do and hope somebody notices.

as Cady pointed out, my Sifu likes to say the secrets protect themselves. I tried to put something together that made sense given the context, but even still was nowhere near "complete" or even "in order". Without training it from the ground up, this ends up just being "food for thought", but hopefully intriguing for some at least.
