Re: How to choose dojo if there are choices?

Greg,

I haven't seen him yet, but I'll tell him as soon as we meet. I heard he has some backpane which prevents him to teach many classes and that's very unfortunate.

Congrats on finding a place to train, and welcome to the great art of oragami with people!

Thank you, Suren. I've met quite a few people from that dojo and have had good training with them. I think you'll be happy.

Best regards,

I have had the pleasure of training at Aikidoo of Silicon Valley on several occasions. I think you are very fortunate to be able to work with O'Quin Sensei.

Suren,
I pretty sure Craig is NOT saying that the class is too short. Perhaps he's drooling with envy.

Californians just don't understand how atypical all the choices they have is until they have to move to the middle of the country.

so to give you a little perspective, the fourth largest city in the US where I live doesn't have a single aikido dojo with any regular early morning classes in the greater metro area and beyond.

appreciate what you got!

Craig

) I do. The country I originally came from had no Aikido dojos at all and for a long time all martial arts except judo were illegal, so we were training illegally.
