Translation needed

Hello
Does anyone knows if it exists any specific verb in Japanese (kanji, if possible) for the idea "not hold back", "don't refrain"? I know that "to hold back" can be translated as "hikaeru", but I was looking for the opposite idea.
Thank you for your help.
