Thumbs up 25th Aikido-Ai Memorial Weekend Retreat at Mt. Baldy

Absolutely one of the best aikido "events" I have had the privilege of attending.
I was surprised to meet Francis Takahashi Shihan upon check-in. He spent the whole weekend with us. What an absolute pleasure that was. I met many amazing and wonderful people there. I returned to work this morning a bit sore, but absolutely rejuvenated.

These are some of my favorite people.
Always a delight.
Always good training.
