Hello everyone,
I would be interested to know if anyone here has ever trained under Steven Segal, or attended any of his classes, and if so, what was the atmosphere?

There's no need to withdraw.

Is like the lotus blooming in the fire.
Such a person has inside of them
A heaven soaring spirit.

The atmosphere in any Segal class or seminar I've ever attended was the same as any other Aikido seminar.

From what I've read, he does not have his Movie Persona teach Aikido. Some students seem to enjoy his seminar.

He also started a dojo in 1982.

His Tibetan teacher believes Segal to be a reincarnation (tulku) of a Tibetan Buddist Master. You can read his teacher's statement online.

It is not practice that makes perfect, it is correct practice that makes perfect.
