A sign in my dojo reads: 一点集中 (ittenshuuchuu) or "Keep [your] focus on the center."

Good advice, and most amusing because the sign is in the men's toilet!

This is hilarious! I wonder what wisdom they have in the girls' bathroom... ;-)

Train your boxing at home with a very effective 3-speed boxing training program (Enjoy the FREEBIES!) Also if you're serious, try the southpaw boxing simulator!
