Aikido "From the Ground Up" Workshop (Philadelphia, Pa) with Jason Perna (4th Dan), Saturday November 3rd.

Old City Aikido is pleased to host our Fall Workshop, "From the Ground up." We will be exploring the fundamental controls/pins of Aikido, reviewing common escapes, evaluating methods for regaining control, and introducing some basic self-defense strategies from the ground.
