Kaizen Taki, Systema Seminar, Charlotte, NC

Information for Kaizen Taki Seminar

Instructor: Systema Seminar with Instructor Kaizen Taki. I have known Kaizen for many years and seen him become one of the top Systema instructors in the USA. Kaizen is an excellent teacher and I promise this will be a very enlightening seminar for all.

Date: November 6 & 7th.

Times: TBD

Location: Ultimate Gym, 401 E. 35th Street, Charlotte, NC (704)-333-0071

Topics: Breathing principles for freedom of movement and injury prevention for escape from holds, strike evasion and more.

Cost: $145 prepaid (before October 22nd), $175 after October 22nd and at the door. One day rates $90. Systema instructors and other MA instructors contact Mark for special rates.

Payment options: Paypal to address -- pslionz@aol.com, checks payable to Mark Jakabcsin and mailed to Mark Jakabcsin, 2879 Hwy 160 W #4398, Fort Mill SC 29708. Credit card contact Doug at 704-333-0071

Lodging: Working on a special hotel rate. Will update soon.

No Frills Low Budget Option: Stay at the Ultimate Gym: $20 per night per person. Camp out at the gym or bring a tent for the Gym yard. It has showers and is in walking distance to many restaurants. Bring a sleeping bag, pad, bath towel, ear plugs for the train, etc.

Contact: Mark at pslionz@aol.com / 803-389-9393 or Doug at ultimategym@hotmail.com / 704-333-0071.

Saturday Event: We will be doing Saturday dinner at Boudreaux's Louisiana Kitchen, 501 East 36th Street, around the corner from the Ultimate Gym. We have the private room in the back. Time - TBD. Each person attending will cover his/her own expenses for this event. I.E. We have the private room (no cost to you), you pay for your own meal and drinks. FYI, great food at this restaurant and the private room will make an awesome event (including a private bar).

Dress: Comfortable clothing and shoes you do not mind getting stepped on.

Additional Items to bring: Bring plenty of drinking water, a light snack and extra training shirts/socks to change into during the break. If you have a training knife, bring it.

Kaizen is indeed a really good teacher with a practical, down-to-earth approach. I hope the seminar goes well.

People,

If you are in the area( or not) Don't miss Kaizen's Seminar. IT will totally change your view on ukemi, softness, and for goodness sakes....dont ask him if he can hit you upside sown and out of balance. I did that in december and it still hurts.

Best of luck for a great seminar, but you don't need it.

Enjoy,
Howard
