Hello

I've been training in Aikikai for about 13 years and have recently returned to the mat after a 3 year hiatus. I train at Aikikai Hombu in Tokyo and before that in Portland OR.

My time off the mat was due to pain from injuries that about 2 months ago just stopped. I'm only training 2-3 times a week but it's great to be back and without the chronic hip pain.

Good to have you aboard, Jack. What's training at Hombu like?
