Hi there from Northampton, England

I started training in Aikido when I was 15 and have now been training for 13 years. I currently hold the rank of Nidan and will get around to taking my Sandan when I get shoved hard enough by my Sensei, Ian Geddes.

I train at the Northampton Kai Shin Kai dojo which is part of the Kai Shin Kai Aikido Association (KSK).

My Best Wishes to all........

Jump on in, the aiki is fine...

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration...
