Need help finding

I would love if someone could help me find a book its called
A road anyone can walk Ki. My dojo is far from home, and I would like to start small training sestions at home.
At amozon the book is $150.00, but the script price is only $24.00 is this book not being printed thus the price or what. Author William Reed
