Training and loving it!

Hello all

Just here to vent my enthusiasm!
I had a great training session last night. I am getting encouraged to better myself all the time by my seniors.
During one technique we were asked to do shihonage from a cross grip, katate tori (same hand grip) or kata tori (shoulder grab?). We were training in threes and I managed to get two shodans. All was going well until one of the shodans (also a work mate) used a different grab from the three mentioned above. I froze and he smiled saying "Do shihonage from here". I managed it and no sooner had he done that than the other shodan also attacked me with a completely different grab. So on it went.

Later in the night I was training with a 3rd kyu (I am 5th kyu) and we were doing different variations of irimi nage from yokomon uchi. Again, all was going well, practicing slow, concise technique, then my partner suggest we speed up. So we did, before I knew it we were training at nearly full speed. It was great!

Today I am tired!

A bit of a rant I know but I just had to express my utter enjoyment of this art!
