George S. Ledyard of Aikido Eastside in Bellevue, Washington has provided us with two great articles which he first posted onto the AikiWeb Forums. The first article is his thoughts on whether resistance in ukemi is appropriate, and the second article is his thoughts on the martial side of aikido. Both articles are availabel in the training section of this website. Be sure to check both of them out!
