Kanji for Ikimono and Ryu

Can anyone send me the Kanji for "Ikimono" and "Ryu"? I would appreciate the help! Thank you.

A very close dear friend of mine who passed away a year ago stated to me that a students training is like a living creature that continues to grow, ever changing, learning and adapting through the things it is taught/experiences.

流 flow (ryu)

Is that what you were looking for?
Not sure which 'ryu' you wanted... 流 can also mean style, to indicate the school one belongs to

Which means you can also have 龍流 'ryuryu' or the dragon style
