Dr Dan, did you hit your head doing ukemi today? Or maybe I did? I think I need a few beers before I read that again, though I do believe you are saying my Hara growing larger is a good thing

Hummmpft apparently the joke was on me with many people thinking i had hit my head, a Facebook apology about the content people thought was an april fools joke...rather than the content. I am hoping my clarification is better received
