Just to add to the pressure...

I'm testing for my shodan on Sept. 8, 2012. Any in the San Diego vicinity can come watch at http://aikidodelmar.com/location/ at approximately 12:30pm.

I did breathe and relax back into Kamae mentality every chance I could, but I was still huffing and puffing at the end.

I have a new belt to break in!
