I was looking to see if I could get some help on the definition of 'Kyoshin'. Is it something like 'Strong Heart' or is it closer to 'unbiased or frank'? or can it mean either on depending on the Kanji?

巨
kyo means "great or large" and 巨心
kyoshin might be something like "big-hearted" or "expansive spirit" but it does not appear to be a common or colloquial use.
協心
Kyōshin is "cooperative spirit" or 'accord." On the latter suggestion you made above, 協心
kyoshin is 'impartiality'.
