Aikido techniques...

On MSN today - looks like a little aikido could be useful in the Premier League (tori: Wayne Rooney, uke: Sir Alex Ferguson).

It's not every day that the Texas Rangers get to the World Series. In fact it's the first time ever. So here is the president of the Rangers (at 2.48) demonstrating how to deal with a rush attack including the repeated use of atemi.

This happens after a soccer play last weekend


and this after a good training, we call it montaña(mountain)

I'm happy having contribute to bring the wife from Sensei George S. Ledyard to laugh in another threat, maybe this will her make laugh also, as we are laughing always after training

You might be right I don't know aything of soccer, the player from Barcelona is easy to recognize in spanish internet, but the one from Copenhague I'm not sure
