Popkin-Brogna Jujitsu Center - Grand Re:Opening

My apologies for not posting this here sooner.

We moved our dojo and are having a small Grand ReOpening and Seminar.

Today, October 7, from 10-1.

Come down, have a Long Island bagel....and get thrown around. Sounds like a win/win

Facebook for the event - https://www.facebook.com/events/3532...90938/?fref=ts

Best wishes,

Howard

Re: Popkin-Brogna Jujitsu Center - Grand Re:Opening

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who showed up to help us celebrate our grand opening. We had people from NYC, NJ, Pa, CT and from the area come out for this special day. We got to see some old students and meet plenty of new people

The seminar went great, the food was good, especially the home made sushi( thanks Wa) and plenty of laughs were had. We look forward to the next Ginjukai 4 hour class, we are trying to squeeze a seminar in sometime in Nov or Dec, but our schedule is pretty packed. Stay tuned for an announcement in the next week or so!

thanks again for all of the gifts,

Joe Brogna

I've wanted to say this for ages:

So the Ginjukai is so called because you practice an art that gets softer (ju) as you get older and your hair turns silver (gin) right?

Well, what about those who become, ahem, less hirsute who also wish to practice an art that isn't badly damajing or injurious to the body?In that case, you should call it the

Keganaikai!

Geddit?
