Dan Harden will be teaching a seminar on Internal Power Development at the Miami Aikikai. This seminar will review and expand on the solo and paired-partner training exercises for developing internal power and applying it to any martial art.

This seminar will be informal and casual. Clothing will be sweats or shorts and T-shirts. No gis (uniform), no budo affiliated T-shirts. This is a closed seminar with no pictures, video, or visitors allowed. You are strongly encouraged to bring a notebook. Participants are required to email Dan a request to attend the seminar for consideration. People may or may not be accepted by Dan's sole discretion. Preference will be given to those who have attended previous seminars.

This seminar is limited to 30 participants due to space limitations. This seminar is expected to fill up so register as soon as possible.
