Samurai helmet

I recently purchased a samurai armor helmet. It has a stand and a mempo. Does anyone know how the cord is to be tied when not worn. I have it on display and the two cords hanging looks dumb. I have searched the internet but haven't found what I am looking for. Any suggestions
Thanks.

Re: Samurai helmet

Go on-line to Bugei Trading Company. They sell reproduction helmets and mempo and have a lot of pictures that might answer your question. I'm looking at mine right now and I can begin to explain how to tie it off, but the pictures will probably help.

Re: Samurai helmet

And apparently I am unable to describe my ability in the negative either. LOL
