E-Budo Back Up

Hi folks,

Our friends at www.E-Budo.com has brought their forums back up! Our very own Peter Goldsbury is one of the moderators of their aikido forum, so be sure to check it out.

Re: E-Budo Back Up

Yes! E-Budo is under new ownership: a group of longtime members purchased the name, site and contents from the original owner. They've upgraded the site to a new version, and may be starting a blog page soon, too. All of the old content and archives have been preserved, making E-Budo a very good resource for well over a decade's-worth of information.

It's nice to have discussion boards like AikiWeb and E-Budo as non-spammy, non-commercial discussion and resource sites for Budo. Not many other options out there.

Thank Goodness! The old owner had a political axe to grind with anyone who did not share his "policy" views and booted off anyone who disagreed with him. I served with him and he's a good dude but hopefully this version of E-Budo won't become a bully pulpit.

Re: E-Budo Back Up

Hello William,

As Cady stated, the new owners are a group of longtime E-Budo members who have clubbed together to keep the website going. They all practice different martial arts and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the site.

We have just upgraded the forum software and are now discussing various issues concerning moderation and the changes we want to make to the site. A general mailing has gone round to all the members informing that the site is up and running again.

Best wishes,

PAG
