I have recently begun practicing again after a 5 year hiatus. I am not sure how long I trained before, but I doubt it was longer than a year (though I originally thought it was closer to 18 months). I now find myself more lost than ever. What is the quickest way to bring myself up to speed? I realize that techniques take decades to master but holds like kotagaish, sankyo, etc. there must be a link somewhere to a holds for dummies of something along that lines, no?
