I would just start by properly dividing his name. As you have it, it's unreadable.

Hiroshi Isoyama would be a big improvement.

The article title is what is known as a "Wiki Word". Any word with capital letters that is not divided by spaces is recognised by the wiki system as being a link to another article.
I have edited the article to add the name properly divided by spaces.
