Re: Poll: How important is aikido in your life?
Technical aikido, very important.
Conceptual or philosophical Aikido, critically important.
Too important to take too seriously or too personally.
Train, train, train.

Aikido is a real life path for some people. It becomes not only what they do, but what they are.

It's right up there with beer as a part of my strategy for dealing with life. Which makes it pretty indispensable, I'd say.
