Oneness Rhythm Exercise MIDI file?
Wondering if anyone has a MIDI file (*.MID) for the Oneness Rhythm Exercise? My dojo has a recording of it, but the quality is not so good. I have a composition background and rather than recreate the wheel, I thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone knew where I could find that.
Thanks all!
Matt

I watched it on YouTube and think that any music could fit with the exercise.
However you could download the youtube video with "Youtube Downloader" and then convert it to a mp3 file using "Youtube "Downloader" then convert to a midi using "Audacity 2.0.6.

I've never heard of this exercise. I would appreciate very much if someone could post a link to a video. Thank you very much.

Watch the videos on synchronization too.
In FMA we would shadow box and do two-person drills to music/drums for rhythm training.
Getting into the same rhythm as you partner often hides your movement within theirs.
Is that what they mean by oneness rhythm?

Re: Oneness Rhythm Exercise MIDI file?
I found this webpage. Relax taiso is another name for Oneness Rhythm Exercise.
