Aikido is for all ages. See the videoclip
The first demo is done by Adrian Tyndale, 64yrs and 1-1/2 year after his brain stroke, the second demo is Gina Deweerdt 63yrs together with her daughter Gitte. This is Tomiki style aikido.

I couldn't take a video today because embukai practice started after class, but here is our oldest student, an 84 yo nidan.
