Lecture on fascia

For anyone interested in the role of fascia in the transmission of force in the body -

"Serge Gracovetsky - "Is the lumbodorsal fascia necessary ?" -- Part # 1 of 3 of the conference given on October 4th 2007 at the Harvard Medical School as part of the First Fascia Research Congress - Boston MA."

Part 1 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-SMU...eature=related

Part 2 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLNZC...eature=related

Part 3 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZBjf...eature=related

Enjoy,

Josh

Re: Lecture on fascia

A good discussion on these clips started last Saturday here:

http://rumsoakedfist.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13646

There are some other clips and articles referenced in connection with the Gracovetsky video.

Re: Lecture on fascia

This lecture is fabulous. The guy's a great speaker and the application to MA is immediate. He even threw in some sumo wrestlers for us.

I read http://www.fasciafitness.de/resource...ookSI_2011.pdf, referred to in one of the posts. A very interesting read about how to train the fascia.

Thanks for the tip!
