free Aikido lessons in Fresno

Central Valley Aikido is currently offering two six-month scholarships. Central Valley Aikido is located in northwest Fresno, California. We are trying to blaze new trails, and we are looking for a few dedicated students to train with us. Normally our class fees are fifty dollars per month, but we are offering six-month fee waivers for two aikidoka willing to train full-time. We expect the scholarship recipients to attend nearly every class; if you miss more than a week's worth of classes we reserve the right to revoke your scholarship. We are looking for students of any rank who are willing to learn, have a positive attitude, and a burning desire to train. We are looking for people willing to give of themselves (not monetarily) to gain more perspective on the martial arts. To apply please send us some information about yourself, and why you would like a scholarship with our school. Scholarships will be extended to the first two applicants who meet our qualifications. Students must be able to make it to class on a regular basis. This is not an uchi deshi (live-in student) program.

For more information please send me a PM here on Aikiweb, and I'll send you an email address, that you may send a more formal request too.
