Hey- to any Nihongo speakers out there, I wonder if you could translate this into Japanese for me:

"Expect nothing, be ready for anything."

My own limited vocabulary would make it hard, and even if I looked up the words, my grammar or something to that extent would be incorrect. So if anyone could help me it'd be appreaciated.
