Thumbs down Aikido Workshop in Houston, Texas

On Saturday March 3, 2007 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM we will be having a workshop on Kokyu-ho, the way of the breath.

All participants will receive the following:

Kokyu-Ho Hand/Note Book
Certificate upon completion of the workshop.

The workshop will consist of the following:


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zazen
Seated meditation through breathing


Swari-Waza Kokyu-Ho
Seated Technique - the way of the breath


Tachi-Waza Kokyu-Ho
Standing Technique - the way of the breath

The primary focus of this workshop is to gain knowledge, both physical and mental, on the effects of breathing and how breathing integrates into the techniques of Aikido.

Seminar Fees are as follows:

Current ShinKiKan members: $35.00

Non-Members: $70.00
