Japan's Change Of Power?

Japan is facing a possible change of power for only the second time since 1955, as Japan's election between Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso and opposition leader Yukio Hatoyama make last attempts to win voters. News Report From China View

If opposition wins what will this mean for the rest of Asia, will there also be a change in current relations?
